Raw Rambutan Blossom Honey Ice Cream

Serves about 6 tsicks

  • 1 1/2 cups Beach Organics Premium Raw Genuine Cashews
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup raw Beach Organics RAW Rambutan Blossom Honey
  • 2 tbsp Beach Organics Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Beach Organics Virgin Wild Crafted Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1 Beach Organics Vanilla Bean, scraped
  • 1 tsp Beach Organics Vanilla infused Fleur de sel Sea Salt


  1. Blend the liquid and nuts first.
  2. Then add the sweeteners and spices followed by the fats.
  3. Process in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into shot glasses and place wooden spoons or sticks in the middle and freezer over night.
  5. Run under hot water for a second and the pull the sticks clockwise and it should pop out.
