Raw Soursop Blossom Honey Pana Cotta

Serves about 4 people

  • 2 cups Beach Organics Coconut Water (rehydrate our freeze dried coconut water powder)
  • 1 cup Beach Organics genuine RAW organic Cashews, soaked 2 – 4 hours
  • 1 cup Beach Organics cold pressed Coconut Oil, melted
  • ½ cup Beach Organics RAW Soursop Blossom Honey
  • ¼ cup Beach Organics shredded dehydrated RAW coconut meat
  • 2 tbsp Beach Organics RAW Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Beach Organics Vanilla Bean, scraped


  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Freeze in custard molds or mini muffin trays over night to set.

Note: Add soursop blossom honey on top if you like to have that extra lovely finish.
