This traditional Coconut Palm Sugar is unique as it is derived from the nectar of the coconut palm flower. “Flower Tappers” climb the coconut palm to ’milk’ its valuable cargo of nectar. The resulting nectar is gently heated and stirred at just the right time to produce crystals of superb flavour and texture. Production is measured in kilos per day unlike the mass produced industrialised counterpart. This Artisan range also includes Coconut Palm Sugars enhanced with ginger, turmeric or pure vanilla and cinnamon.
