CASCARA – in Yemen and Ethiopia they call it HASHARA

This intriguing & fragrant drink is made from coffee peel!

With a low caffeine content, its delicious and refreshing and not dissimilar to rosehip or hibiscus tea when infused in hot water!

In Yemen and Ethiopia they call it HASHARA, where its often enjoyed with ginger, nutmeg or cinnamon.

In the west we call it CASCARA and we’re shipping our first batch into Australia direct from our coffee growers in Indonesia!
