Its always an exciting time of the year at Beach Organics.
Our certified organic permaculture gardens near Pt Elliot, are bursting into flower as we move into Spring. Organic vegetable seed has been planted, another fruit orchard in and compost spread onto our dozen garden beds.
Our logistics team in Indonesia have been busy harvesting, drying and sorting our latest harvest of prime, organically grown coffee beans.
This micro lot is sundried, checked by the Indonesian Specialty Coffee Association for defects, then vacuum packed in 4 kg lots, bubble wrapped by our team, then packed into boxes ready for shipping to us.
Using this technique, every harvest to date has been micro managed by us through Australian Quarantine without gamma radiation nor insecticidal treatment.
Specialty coffee at its best.
A lot of work by a team of passionate people assembled by us over many years.
We’ve also been experimenting with a delicious drink made from the outer skin of the coffee cherry.
We’ve also been dehydrating large quantities of our latest harvest of Bali papaya. Rich in papain, a digestive enzyme and low on the GI index. Perfect for our gut health!
We call this our unique Tropical Fruits Rescue Program, capturing Bali mangoes, papaya, coconut and dragon fruit when they are at their ripest!
All available at our Store at PLANT 4 BOWDEN.
See you there …
