Coffee officindos will love our "bean to cup" coffee project ... we're serving our in-house roasted organic beans imported directly from our unique Traditional Farmers network in Indonesia. Did you know we're currently paying around 8 times more for our green coffee beans than the current fair trade price, putting more money into the pockets of these wonderful farmers. This is what we call our "over and above" direct trade policy!
Our new " field to fork" concept is simple. We grow the freshest and best certified organic Produce on our permaculture property at Pt Elliot and allow our kitchen at our new Store to perform its magic, creating a healthy plant based menu for your enjoyment!
The aim of our "bean to bar" raw chocolate project is equally as simple. Use simple and health giving organic raw cacao to create the most delicious raw organic dark chocolate possible!
