In a fast food world, we have a “Slow Food” approach.
We’ve been making chocolate for a few decades and have a simple approach.
Start by using a premium organic cacao variety.
We harvest and ferment ours in Indonesia, sourced from beautiful food forests.
Grind slowly, enrich with cold pressed cacao butter and a little coconut nectar.
Temper slowly to 42 C, cool, then gently warm again.
Make small batches weekly, experiment by adding our vanilla, mango, jackfruit, pineapple, orange oil, fig, mango blossom honey, espresso, cinnamon, and other rare spices etc.
NO milk, cane sugar, or soy.
