It’s like a moving meditation. I like nothing more than wondering through our organic garden beds first thing in the morning looking for inspiration for our menu at PLANT 4 BOWDEN.
With an abundance of baby leeks to be found, crunchy Asian greens and young kaffir lime leaves … I am thinking of braised leeks with rice noodles, Asian greens and ginger lime dressing.
How about crisp young carrots, new seasons spuds, red and green cabbage, ginger leaf, asian basil and our freshly scraped tamarind pods … I am thinking of my Indonesian favourite feel good street food … gado gado.
