We bring you organic cold pressed Argan oil from the UNESCO registered Bio reserves on the NW coast of Morocco.
When time permits, we seek inspiration in roof top breakfasts in Marakech. Occasionally we search for the perfect date stuffed with almond or pistachio paste in the ancient souks of Fez, or head annually to southern Morocco to purchase our most precious spice, saffron!
A chance collaboration allowed us to distill our Moroccan orange oil. A splash when tempering our organic raw chocolate and voila …perfection!
A quest to find the sweetest organic genuine RAW cashew, by hand polishing each kernel with a scalpel, led us to the beautiful island of Flores in Indonesia.
The slightly astringent and fruit driven flavours of our fermented organic Flores cacao is used to make our raw chocolate and desserts.
“BEAN TO BAR”.
A five year project led me to sourcing our own organic coffee beans from another UNESCO site in Indonesia.
We vacuum pack them and micro manage the green beans through Australian quarantine without fumigation. We then roast them ourselves on a weekly basis.
