Serves about 4 people
- 2 cups Beach Organics Coconut Water (rehydrate our freeze dried coconut water powder)
- 1 cup Beach Organics genuine RAW organic Cashews, soaked 2 – 4 hours
- 1 cup Beach Organics cold pressed Coconut Oil, melted
- ½ cup Beach Organics RAW Soursop Blossom Honey
- ¼ cup Beach Organics shredded dehydrated RAW coconut meat
- 2 tbsp Beach Organics RAW Cacao Nibs
- 1 Beach Organics Vanilla Bean, scraped
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Freeze in custard molds or mini muffin trays over night to set.
Note: Add soursop blossom honey on top if you like to have that extra lovely finish.
