An old school coffee roaster we stumbled upon when researching our Coffee Project in Central Java, hand made coconut palm sugar in the background and the wonderful bio diversity found in our “food forest” farms we purchase our coffee from in Indonesia.
With substantial world wide environmental decline, we’ve travelled extensively in an endeavour to support communities and traditional farmers who demonstrate sound re generative land management practices.
Our Beach Organics farm, near Pt Elliot, is another work in progress. Almost 40 years in development, we’ve accumulated many land management ideas & techniques on our travels. This is now our living classroom, offering regular Organic Kitchen Garden Workshops etc (our next is on Sunday 13 October).
This concept drives our weekly menu and our retail concept at PLANT 4 BOWDEN SA and sustains us in our home kitchen!
