Our certified organic gardens near Pt Elliot, provide fresh local produce for our “plant based” menu and our unique Traditional Farmers Network is global and generates our own raw materials.
This enables us to roast our own organic coffee, grow cacao to make our own organic raw chocolate, olives to pickle our own olives, harvest saffron, cold press Argan oil, ferment our own organic vanilla, extract our own award winning raw honeys, cold press coconut oil, organic coriander is hand harvested then stone ground to make our spice blends, harvest cinnamon, dehydrate our turmeric, scrape tamarind pods and the list goes on.
