four million Australians are the new "hunter and gatherers".

Following on from the Slow Food Movement,
people
appear to crave more intense unpredictable flavours, and looking
for handmade products for creativity and individuality.
Consumers want to know as much
as they can about what they eat ... anxious to try new and different
combinations.
